Collect the fees and know where the club stands
Balance, next month's forecast, overdue and collection rate
You create a charge with its classification (registration, monthly fee, uniform…), its frequency and its late fees, and CLOOB generates a receipt per player. The dashboard gives you the balance for the period, what is left to collect, what is due in 30 days and next month's forecast.

Each internal team in the club (OPEN, U16, Women…) is a category with its practice days, its positions, the stats it records and its control areas. Players are added one by one or by importing an Excel file, with jersey number and positions per category, and receive their access by email.

The player (or their family) opens the app and sees their receipts with status and amount, pays online or uploads the receipt, accepts pending documents and has their category calendar with practices, games and events. Notifications arrive through the app and by email.
