To enable this integration, we require certain Google Drive API permissions:

Data obtained through Google Workspace APIs is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. This data is used solely for the purposes described in this policy and with the user’s consent.

Data We Access from Google Drive

  • Files selected by the user in Google Drive: File name, type (image/video), and file content.
  • Metadata of selected files: Basic information such as size and creation date to optimize user experience.

This data is used exclusively to display the selected file in the application and is not stored permanently on our servers.
We do not access or collect information from any other files in Google Drive without the user’s explicit consent.

Protection Mechanisms for Sensitive Data

We take data security seriously and have implemented the following measures:

  • Data encryption in transit: All data exchanged between our application and Google Drive is protected using SSL/TLS encryption.
  • Restricted access: Only authenticated users with their Google credentials can interact with their Google Drive files through our application.
  • Temporary storage: Data accessed through the Google Drive API (such as selected files) is not permanently stored on our servers.
